About the location

The building at the Plutolaan is located near Zernike Campus, only 10 minutes away by bike! The perfect location if you are studying at The University of Groningen or the Hanze University of applied sciences. The Plutolaan has 3 floors, and they offer 56 shared bedrooms, meaning you will probably share your room with another student. The building has Wi-Fi for everyone, and each floor has one shared kitchen and bathroom.

Rental price and room size?

The rooms are between 17m2 and 20m2 and the rental price is 800 euros in total.

Good to know?

The accommodation is temporary, so you have to leave after two months. You can stay till October 16th 2023.

This temporary accommodation is specifically designed to help you in your search for permanent housing. Providing you with a place to sleep is their main priority. Therefore, please be aware that you share your room with another student who also could not find a room yet.
