Lefier is a non-profit housing corporation, which has a large and varied offer for (international) students in the city of Groningen. You’ll find Lefier’s current offerings at ROOM.nl. If you need a room next academic year, register with ROOM now!

From July 1 to November 30, you get priority for some complexes if you live far from Groningen. You are therefore quickly eligible for a room, even as an international student.

• To apply for a room, you must register with ROOM.nl.
• You can register with ROOM from the age of 16.
• The registration costs are €35,-.
• To rent a room, you must be registered with an educational institution (MBO, HBO WO or PhD).
• You can respond to rooms from 4 months before the start of your study.
• You can apply for rooms on ROOM in Groningen if you are studying or going to study in Groningen or Leeuwarden.
